At HANRO, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase is not quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original luxury packaging and secure them in a shipping box to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is fully processed.
